Welcome to Living Unshakeable. The Living Unshakeable App and related services are operated by KL Consulting Co. (the “Company”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our websites, applications, communities, forms, communications, content, and related services (collectively, the “Site” and “Services”). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

Use of the Site and Services

You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. You may not misuse the Site or Services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe on the rights of others.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Site or Services at our discretion if these Terms are violated.

End User License Agreement (EULA) and Acceptable Use

• Uploading malware, spam, or unauthorized materials
• Attempting to bypass security measures or access restricted systems
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity or affiliation
• Using the Services in a manner that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of another person or entity

KL Consulting Co. maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Violations may result in content removal, immediate suspension, or permanent termination of access, without prior notice where permitted.

We reserve the right to monitor, moderate, remove, restrict, or report content or activity that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Apple App Store Additional Terms and Acceptable Use

If you access the Services through an application distributed through the Apple App Store, your use of the application may also be subject to Apple's applicable terms and Licensed Application End User License Agreement (LAEULA). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any applicable mandatory Apple terms, the applicable Apple terms will govern to the extent required.

Users are prohibited from creating, uploading, transmitting, or engaging in objectionable or abusive content or behavior through the Living Unshakeable App.

KL Consulting Co. maintains zero tolerance for abusive or objectionable users and content. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or termination without prior notice where permitted.

We reserve the right to remove users or content that violate these Terms, applicable platform policies, or applicable law.

Living Unshakeable Services

The Living Unshakeable App is a central home for resources designed to help users create more peace in life, business, and leadership. The Services may include communities, trainings, tools, resources, programs, educational materials, and other content designed to provide practical support for greater clarity, connection, intention, and peace in the way users live and lead.

Services Disclaimer

The information, resources, trainings, communities, tools, programs, and other content made available through the Services are provided for educational, informational, and general support purposes only. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they are not intended to constitute legal, financial, medical, mental health, tax, or other licensed professional advice.

Individual experiences and results vary. KL Consulting Co. does not guarantee any particular personal, professional, financial, business, leadership, or other outcome from use of the Services.

No Warranty or Guarantee

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, suitability, or results of the Services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the Services giving rise to the claim.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KL Consulting Co. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or Services.

SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you authorize KL Consulting Co. to send SMS messages regarding the Living Unshakeable App. Depending on the type of consent you provide, these messages may include:

• Account notifications and service updates
• Program, training, event, or resource reminders
• Customer support responses
• Other service-related communications
• Marketing and promotional messages, including offers, announcements, programs, products, services, and other promotional content, if separately consented to

Carrier Disclaimer: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive marketing or promotional SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
